Character Rules.

1. Each person is allowed only one character per account, and though there is no limit how many accounts one person can ahve I would much prefer if you did not have a dozen to yourself.

2. Each character may only be in three threads in one village at a time. You must post a traveling thread to travel from village to village. The further away the two villages, the most posts you need.

3. Kage, S-rank missing-nin and other high ranks -must- stay active.

4. For now you may only begin as a character of the following ranks: Genin, Jounin, Kage. D-Rank Missing-nin, B-rank Missing-nin. One person may create a single S-rank Missing-nin who will act as the head of the other missing-nin, a Missing Kage, as it were.

5. Per thread one character may only use a specific amount of the Kawarimi and Shunshin no jutsu techniques. They are as follows:

Genin/D-rank Missing-nin: 1 Shunshin, 2 Kawarimi
Chuunin/C-rank Missing-nin: 2 Shunshin, 3 Kawarimi
Jounin/A-rank Missing-nin: 3 Shunshin, 4 Kawarimi
Kage/S-rank Missing-nin: 4 Shunshin, 5 Kawarimi.


6. Each rank may only start with a specific amount of jutsu:

Genin (D-Rank): 12 Canon, Custon and Clan jutsu, Maximum 6 C, 1 B.
Elite Genin* (D-C Rank): 14 Canon, Custom and Clan Jutsu, Maximum 6 C, 2 B, 1 A
Chuunin (C-Rank)= 18 Canon, Custom, Clan jutsu, Max 6 B-rank, 1 A-Rank
Chuunin ANBU (Strong C, Weak B): 22 Canon, custom, clan jutsu. Max 7 B-rank, 2 A
Jounin/ SP. Jounin (B-Rank)= 25 canon, custom, clan jutsu, Max 6 A-rank, 1 S-rank
ANBU= 35 Canon, Custom, Clan jutsu, Max 3 S-rank
Sannin (A-Rank)= 50 Canon, Custom, Clan jutsu, Max 4 S-rank, 1 may be Kinjutsu
Kage (S-Rank)= 60 Canon, Custom, Clan jutsu, Max 5 S-rank, any may be Kinjutsu.

7. The free starting jutsu are: -Body Replacement Technique
-Cloak of Invisibility Technique
-Clone Technique
-Transformation Technique
-Rope Escape Technique
-Body Flicker Technique
-Kai - Release

8. Genjutsu: Kai may only be used on D-rank techniques if the user has no specialisation in Genjutsu, then it may be used up to A. Jounin may use it up to S with genjutsu spec.

9. Those with Bijuu -must- start as a Genin. Jinchuuriki cannot have any clans.

*. Elite Genin is an IC rank, and is achieved by the strongest genin of each village; Each village may only have one Elite Genin, and the only way to gain said status to defeat all other Genin or perform a great enough feat to impress the Jounin and Kage for them to give you this rank. If there already is an Elite Genin, simply defeating them in a judged match will give the same result.
